handle the load (beyond the usual wear and tear), we’ve got you covered!

Should the unlikely happen to your bag, we will make it right during its long life. Simply
register your bag within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to repair or replace
with a similar item.

What’s Covered:

Tears or rips in fabric that would be considered defective beyond normal wear and tear.
Handles that tear away from fabric or are otherwise no longer functional.

What’s Not Covered:

Zippers and zipper pulls.
Excessive wear and tear beyond the norm or extreme weight applied.
Used in ways not intended.
Inconsistencies in fabric colors and patterns or seam alignments.
Damage from accidents, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals and cleaning
products.
